نوم الأطفال CALM مع الميلاتونين، علكات بنكهة التوت، 120 علكة لذيذة

The 1 mg melatonin dose is gentle enough that my 4-year-old isn't groggy the next morning, and the magnesium seems to genuinely help her relax before bed. We've used them for about three weeks on rough nights and they've worked every time.

The berry flavor is a hit here, and I like that each gummy packs both magnesium and just 1 mg of melatonin—gentle enough for my 6-year-old. It's become our go-to for those nights when she’s clearly wired but needs to wind down, and she sleeps through until morning without any grogginess.

My kid actually asks for these before bed now, which is a huge win for a 6-year-old who fights sleep. The 1 mg melatonin plus magnesium seems to do the trick—he’s out within 20 minutes and stays asleep all night. And the 120-count bottle means we won’t run out anytime soon.
