Kikhernejauho | 260 g pussi luomukikhernejauhoa | Vegaaninen

Made socca for the first time and the texture was surprisingly fine and smooth, better than the grainy stuff I've had before. The bag is a good size for trying a few recipes, and knowing it's packed with iron and fiber makes me feel less guilty about the olive oil.

I've been subbing this for regular flour in my banana bread and the texture is surprisingly light for something so high in protein. The bag reseals easily, which I appreciate since I use it sparingly, and it's got that nice earthy, nutty smell when you open it.

I made socca for the first time and it turned out crispy on the edges with a soft middle, and the iron content is a nice bonus since I'm always low. The bag is 260g which lasted me three batches, so I'll definitely be ordering again.
