Kudottu soikio - Rose on osa Paper Collective -brändin ensimmäistä kudottujen taideteosten kokoelmaa, jonka on suunnitellut A+N Studio. Teos viittaa studion syvälliseen tietämykseen jacquard-kudontatekniikoista ja se on valmistettu yhteistyössä hollantilaisen WEEEF-gallerian kanssa. Sommittelu leikittelee tekstuurilla ja kolmiulotteisuudella vaaleanpunaisen ja punaisen sävyin. Jokainen taideteos on valmistettu rajoitettuna 200 kappaleen painoksena, numeroitu käsin ja kiinnitetty valkoiselle taustalevylle. The oval shape is such a refreshing change from standard rectangles—makes the rose motif feel almost sculptural. The jacquard details are beautifully crisp, and the soft pink tones brighten up my entryway perfectly.

The jacquard weave has this subtle raised texture you can actually feel when you walk past it, way nicer than a flat print. The rose tones are softer in person than on screen, which I was a little worried about. Took me a while to pick a spot for it, but it's staying up now.
