The silicone edge glides through my mixing bowl like butter, and I keep flipping it over to glance at the conversion chart while baking. It's sturdy enough for thick dough but soft where it counts.
The conversion chart printed on the back is a lifesaver—I just glance at it mid-batter instead of fumbling for my phone. The handle feels sturdy in my hand, and the saying on the front gives me a little smile every time I reach for it.
