Questo caffè eccezionale ha un carattere espressivo e fruttato, ottenuto grazie a un complesso processo di fermentazioni. Il produttore, Jorge Mira, ha messo a punto un sistema di raccolta accurata, seguito da un processo di 'shock termico' che prevede il lavaggio delle ciliegie di caffè con acqua a 45°.

Il risultato è un caffè intensamente aromatico e dolce. Una tostatura chiara esalta queste qualità e crea una tazza di caffè brillante e dinamica che ci ricorda le gite dell'infanzia al negozio di caramelle: pensa al rabarbaro e crema pasticcera, alle macedonie di frutta e alla crema soda!
