カデンス サシェ コア オレンジ - カートン (5g x 30) - 英国

After a hot cycle class I was feeling wiped, but these orange sachets sorted me out fast. The magnesium and potassium mix really does the job, and the flavour is genuinely refreshing rather than overly sweet.

Took these on a long train ride and the orange flavour is genuinely refreshing, not that fake chalky taste you get with some electrolyte powders. The 5g sachets are easy to rip open with wet fingers and mix cleanly in a water bottle, so the sodium and potassium actually get down when I need them.

The little sachets are perfect for tossing in my gym bag and mixing on the go, and the orange taste is genuinely refreshing without that chalky finish. I've been using one after my runs and the sodium and potassium really seem to help me recover faster.
