カヴァ・ジュベ・イ・カンプス・レセルバ・ファミリア

The bottle didn't last past the first toast at our anniversary lunch, and the bubbles stayed lively right to the last glass. Paired it with a truffle risotto and the pairing was spot on, just as the description promised.

The truffled rice dishes we serve at family gatherings have finally met their match—this cava's bubbles cut through the richness beautifully without overpowering anything. It’s crisp, elegant, and honestly made the pasta course feel like a real celebration.

Bought this for a family dinner with truffle risotto and it really held its own — the pairing was spot on, and the bubbles stayed lively from the first toast to the last glass. Perfect for a celebration where you don't want to overthink the wine.
