フレッシュベリー

The berry taste is actually quite pleasant, not overly sweet like some meal shakes I've tried, and it's thick enough to feel like a real meal. For a busy day when I don't have time to sit down for lunch, this does the job and keeps me full for a couple of hours.

I keep one in my bag for days when meetings run long and lunch never happens. It’s genuinely filling and the texture is smooth enough that I don’t feel like I’m drinking a chalky protein shake.

Tastes more like a proper berry smoothie than a meal replacement, which is exactly what I needed between meetings. The bottle fits in my bag without leaking, and one shake actually kept me full until dinner.
