MOONTIME - 女性の健康と妊娠準備のための伝統ハーブ

My cycle has been so much more regular since I started this blend, and the cramp bark really seems to take the edge off those first few days. The chamomile makes it taste surprisingly pleasant for a herbal tea, which helps me actually stick with it.

After two months of taking it consistently, the mix of vitex and cramp bark has noticeably softened my PMS—I actually feel like myself all month now. The chamomile makes it taste gentle enough to sip before bed, which is a bonus I didn’t expect.

I’ve been drinking this as a nightly tea ritual for two cycles now, and the cramp bark plus chamomile genuinely takes the edge off those tense days before my period. The flower essence is a subtle touch I didn’t expect to notice, but it makes the whole cup feel calming rather than just medicinal.
