다크 씨솔트 카라멜 트러플 큐브

The caramel center stayed perfectly soft and gooey even after sitting out for a bit, and that sea salt crunch on top really balances the dark chocolate's bitterness. I've already polished off half the cube in two sittings, which says everything.

I’ve had these on my desk for three days and the cube is already gone—the dark chocolate shell has just the right snap, and the salt hits right before the caramel melts. The balance of bitter and sweet is spot on, exactly what I hoped for from an award-winning truffle.

The caramel inside is so silky and the sea salt hits right after the dark chocolate melts—it's that perfect balance of sweet and savory. I've already eaten three cubes straight from the box, and the heritage recipe really shows in how smooth the texture is.
