The cappuccino thins are dangerously easy to finish in one sitting — the coffee kick is subtle but real, and the contrast between the white chocolate and espresso notes works better than I expected. I've been keeping the box on my desk for an afternoon pick-me-up that isn't a full cup of joe.

The dark chocolate thins have this perfect snap that gives way to a smooth, creamy melt, and the espresso kick is strong without being bitter. I grabbed a few for my afternoon slump and they genuinely hit the spot.

The white chocolate thins with that Illy coffee kick are dangerously snackable—I opened the box planning to try one and suddenly half were gone. The espresso flavor comes through without being bitter, which is exactly what I hoped for.
