Took a few sips and noticed my afternoon brain fog actually lifted around 2pm, which is usually when I hit a wall. The lion's mane and rhodiola blend tastes earthy but not bitter, and I love that there's no fake sweetener aftertaste.
The mid-morning slump practically disappears with this blend—I’m getting through my whole to-do list without that jittery crash. The lions mane must be doing something because my focus feels noticeably sharper, and I love that it’s just clean ingredients.
The lack of artificial sweeteners is exactly why I grabbed this, and the lion's mane really does smooth out my afternoon without any jitters. It's become a non-negotiable part of my workday now.
