This print captures Aretha so beautifully — you can almost hear her singing just by looking at her expression. The detail in her outrageous outfit and the way she’s framed against that Detroit backdrop makes it feel like a moment frozen in time. It’s already the centerpiece of my living room wall.

The photo itself is striking—Aretha’s outfit really pops—but the print arrived with a slight curl at the bottom corners from the packaging. It’s a nice piece for a music fan, though I wish the paper stock felt a bit heavier for the price.
