Extra crispy and savory pork cracklings. Our original chicharon is perfect for dipping in spicy vinegar. Authentic Filipino style.
The spicy vinegar dip is basically mandatory once you open the bag, and the crunch holds up even after a few hours. Each piece is thick enough to feel substantial but still shatters like glass.
Crunchier than the ones at my local Asian market, and the salty pork flavor really holds up even after sitting out for a bit. That spicy vinegar dip is a must—the cracklings soak up just enough without getting soggy.
The bag was gone in one sitting—that crispy, salty bite with spicy vinegar is dangerously addictive. Even the pieces at the bottom stayed crunchy, no stale greasy mess.
