1963 was a pivotal year in Bob Dylan's ever-evolving, always surprising career. His iconic breakout album, ''The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan, was released in May of that year, three months before his performance at the historic Civil Rights March on Washington. On that same day, and at the same podium, Martin Luther King gave his famous I Have A Dream speech. Don Hunstein's portrait of Dylan finds the artist at the piano during that year with the intensity of his vision matched by the earnest expression of his still boyish face.

Mia ★★★★★

You can see the weight of that pivotal 1963 moment in his posture, and the signature on the back confirms it's the real deal. The black-and-white contrast is so sharp the piano keys practically glow.

Emma O. ★★★★★

The signed print arrived perfectly framed, and the contrast in the photo really brings out the quiet intensity of that 1963 performance. It’s already the focal point of my music room.

John ★★★★★

The black-and-white shot captures that raw 1963 energy perfectly, and the signature is crisp and bold right across the bottom. It's the Freewheelin' era, so you can almost feel the moment before the album dropped. Framed it last night, and it's already the centerpiece of my music room.
