Infused coffees are polarizing, and understandably so. What caught our attention with this particular one was that it exists at the intersection of an interesting & tasty cup, and full transparency about how we ended up with this cup. Oftentimes with these experimental coffees you’re lucky to get one or the other, so when we tasted a coffee that had both we decided “what the hell”.

Lucy ★★★★★

The infused process sounds like a gimmick, but this one genuinely delivers a clean, layered cup that shifts as it cools. I brewed it as a pour-over and then tried it on the Omni setting, and both felt like completely different, enjoyable drinks. The transparency-backed sourcing makes the experiment

Robert ★★★★★

The transparency on this one is what sold me—knowing exactly where the beans come from makes the cup feel more intentional. The infusion process definitely adds a layer of complexity that I wasn’t expecting, and it brews up surprisingly smooth for an omni roast.

Violet Y. ★★★★★

The infusion process is polarizing, but this one lands beautifully—it’s got that vibrant, floral character you’d expect from a Gesha, yet it stays transparent about every step. I brewed it as an omni and the cup was clean, sweet, and genuinely interesting.
