When I was (quite rightly) dropped from my role as Bowie body double (in The Man Who Fell to Earth) for, well, looking completely and utterly different to him, it turned out to be a veiled blessing. I took advantage of the free time and the sublime New Mexico light and picked up my Nikon. This image of David is one of my favorites. I particularly like it for its raw honesty.--Geoff MacCormackThis David Bowie 1975 print is signed by Geoff MacCormack.

The backstory printed on the back of this print gives it so much more depth than a typical poster. The black-and-white tones in the photo itself feel incredibly sharp and moody, capturing that 1975 vibe perfectly. It’s now the centerpiece of my small gallery wall, and I catch myself reading the note

The grain and texture in the print really bring out the quiet intensity of that New Mexico desert light — exactly the mood I was hoping for. It's a great conversation piece, and the paper quality feels archival.

Bought this for my living room wall and the print quality really captures that gritty 70s feel — the grain and shadows make it look like a film still, not a poster. It's a strange, moody shot of Bowie in Fenton Lake, and every guest asks about it. My only regret is not getting a bigger size.
