The elastic edges snap on tight and stay put even when I’m tugging the board around mid-ironing. The DripLock layer actually handles the steam from my generator without soaking through, which was my biggest worry before buying.

Steam generator iron here, and this cover finally handles the constant moisture without turning soggy like my old one did. The DripLock layer really does soak up the extra volume, so I can get through a whole basket without stopping to swap anything out.

The elastic edges keep this thing from sliding around on my board, which was my main annoyance with the old cover. Steam doesn't soak through to the pad underneath even after a long session.
