Lote av Iberisk Bellota Skinka 50% Iberisk ras

Cut into the paleta last night and the marbling is exactly what you hope for with bellota—rich, nutty, melts on the tongue. The chorizo half-pie is a nice bonus, firm and smoky, though I wish it came in a whole piece. For the 4.5–5 kg size, this box feels like a proper treat for a family gathering.

The whole box arrived beautifully packed, and the paleta alone is a hefty 4.5 kilos — it’s been feeding my family for weeks. The chorizo half-piece is a nice bonus, but honestly the paleta’s marbled fat melts on the tongue like butter.

The first slice of the chorizo was gone before dinner even started, and the paleta itself has that deep, nutty sweetness you only get from acorn-fed ibérico. The 4.5kg piece is generous enough to feed the whole family for weeks, and it sliced beautifully thin.
