Opened the jar for a cheese board and ended up spooning it straight onto crackers before anyone else arrived. The cider gives it a nice tang that cuts through the richness, and the texture is chunky but spreadable. Definitely my new go-to for pork sandwiches too.

The apple flavor comes through properly thanks to the cider, and it’s got that lovely tangy kick without being too sweet. I’ve been slathering it on cheese and cold pork sandwiches all week, and the jar’s already half gone. This is exactly the kind of chutney that makes a simple meal feel special.
