Lundberg Wild Blend® Rice

The black and red grains keep their texture perfectly in a pilaf, and the deep purple cooking water smells wonderfully earthy. I've been adding it to cold salads for lunch, and the chewy bite holds up much better than standard brown rice. It's become a staple in my pantry.

I love how the mix of black, brown, red, and wild rice makes any meal look fancy without extra effort. The grains stay separate and chewy after cooking, which I've found works great as a side dish or tossed into a salad.

The four rice types cook up nice and separate, not mushy—the red grains add a nice chew. I just wish the bag was a bit bigger for the price, but the flavor is solid enough to keep buying.
