Lundberg x Zojirushi 短粒糙米

It’s been my go-to for weeks now and I still get a little thrill when I lift the lid and see perfect, separate grains every single time. The texture is always spot-on, never mushy or stuck to the bottom of the cooker.

Every batch comes out consistently fluffy, which is a huge relief after years of dealing with mushy or burnt results. The timer feature is a game-changer for my weeknight dinners, though I do wish the keep-warm setting lasted a bit longer before the rice starts to dry out.

I was hoping for an even fluffier texture, but the short grain stays nicely chewy and doesn’t clump together; it’s great that the cooker handles the timing perfectly so I don’t have to guess.
