Nuwave 11.5 英吋強化通風玻璃蓋

The venting hole actually works, steam escapes without splattering grease all over my stovetop. It fits snugly on my pan and the glass is thick enough that I don't worry about it cracking. Watching my stew bubble without lifting the lid has been a game changer.

I can finally see when my sauce is reducing without lifting the lid and losing all that heat. The vent hole does its job too—no more steam building up and rattling the glass. This lid's become my go-to for slow simmering.

The tempered glass is thick enough that I don't worry about it cracking when I set it down on the counter, and being able to peek at my stew without lifting it is a game changer. Even with the vent open, the lid stays cool to the touch on the edges, which is a nice bonus.
