Oat bar - pumpkin seeds, apple & aniseed

The pumpkin-apple combo is what sold me, but the ground aniseed leaves this weird, warm aftertaste that I keep craving. Crunchy seeds give it enough texture that I don’t feel like I’m eating a sad desk snack.
