Hannah G. ★★★★★

The strawberry lemonade flavor is genuinely refreshing without that artificial aftertaste, and I love that it's pharmaceutical-grade since I'm picky about what goes in my body. Two scoops in my water bottle before a run keeps me going strong, and it absorbs fast enough that I don't feel weighed down

Evelyn D. ★★★★★

It dissolves instantly in water with no grit, which matters when I'm chugging it mid-workout. The strawberry lemonade is tart enough to not feel like I'm drinking candy, and the 2-scoop serving keeps me going through leg day without that heavy stomach feeling.

Abigail ★★★★★

The powder dissolves almost instantly in cold water, which I wasn't expecting—no gritty clumps at the bottom. I take it about 20 minutes before lifting and the leucine boost really seems to help me push through those last few reps.
