草莓增重蛋白補充品 | Naked Mass - 8磅

Mixes up super smooth in my shaker - no clumps even when I just use water instead of milk. The strawberry flavor is actually decent, not that fake candy taste you get with some powders. Been using it after workouts for a few weeks now and I'm finally seeing the scale move.

Honestly, I was skeptical about the strawberry flavor since some mass gainers taste like chalk, but this one is genuinely enjoyable to drink. The combo of whey and casein keeps me feeling full for hours after my shake, which has made hitting my calorie goals way easier.

The mix of fast and slow proteins means I feel full for hours after a shake, not shaky or crashing like with other powders. Eight pounds is a serious tub, so it lasts a while even with two scoops a day.
