Valioso coffee - organic & fairtrade (ground)

The citrus brightness balances the chocolatey depth so well, it’s the first coffee in a while that doesn’t need sugar for me. Grounds smell wonderfully fresh when I open the bag, and the fairtrade certification makes the morning ritual feel a bit more meaningful.

The chocolate and caramel notes come through so smoothly in the aftertaste, and the acidity is just right—not sharp at all. I’ve been brewing it in my French press every morning and the cup feels genuinely balanced, which is rare for a ground coffee. Glad I went with the organic option.

Brewed a pot this morning and the chocolate note came through warm and smooth, with just a hint of citrus lifting it at the end. Great balance of acidity—bright but never sharp, even black. This is my new go-to for slow weekend mornings.
