ヴァルハラバンドル | 12インチスライサーナイフ + 6インチボンナイフ + 8インチクリクサスナイフ

The 8-inch Crixus is my go-to for everything from dicing onions to breaking down a whole chicken, and the boning knife's curve fits right into joints without fighting me. The handles feel solid and grippy even when my hands are wet, and having all three sizes on the rack makes prep work fly by.

The 12-inch slicer glided through a smoked brisket like butter, and the boning knife’s flex made trimming silver skin almost enjoyable. I’ve used the Crixus for everything from garlic to chicken thighs and it still feels razor sharp. Definitely worth the money for anyone who cooks hard.

The 12-inch slicer glides through a roast beef like it’s room-temperature butter, and the 8-inch Crixus handles veggies with a satisfying heft. I’ve only had them for a week, but the whole bundle covers every task I throw at it without reaching for another knife.
