ヴァルハラセット | 8インチ シェフナイフ + 4インチ ペティナイフ + 7インチ 三徳包丁

The paring knife is the star for me—it's nimble enough for hulling strawberries and precise enough for garlic slivers. The chef's knife slices through a butternut squash with zero resistance, and the trio covers 90% of what I do in the kitchen daily.

I was skeptical about a three-knife set covering all my prep work, but the balance on the 8-inch chef knife is spot-on and it handles everything from onions to butternut squash without strain. The santoku’s flat edge makes precise vegetable work feel effortless, and the whole set feels like a seriou

The paring knife is the star for me—it’s got just the right heft for hulling strawberries and trimming fat, and that 4-inch blade is wicked precise. The chef knife’s edge came razor sharp out of the box, so I’ve barely touched my old steel.
