24 x 130g 單份羊奶優格杯

The 130g pots are the perfect single serving for my lunchbox — no half-empty tubs languishing in the fridge. The yogurt itself is thick and creamy, and I appreciate getting 7g of protein in each little pot without any extra effort.

These have been in my work bag every day for three weeks now, and the 130g size is genuinely perfect for a lunchbox—no waste, no leftover container staring at me from the office fridge. That 7g of protein per pot is what keeps me full until the afternoon, and the texture is properly thick and creamy

I was a bit skeptical about single portions, but these pots are perfect for grabbing on my way out the door—the 130g size is just right for a mid-morning snack, and the texture is so thick and creamy that it feels more like a treat than a health food.
