La ferme Daterra, située dans le Minas Gerais, dans la région du Cerrado, à 1000-1200 mètres d'altitude, est célèbre pour avoir produit le café gagnant de la Coupe du Monde de Brewers l'année dernière. Lex a visité la ferme en 2018 et grâce à cette connexion, nous proposons maintenant une gamme de leurs cafés. Celui-ci est un café classique, transformé par voie naturelle, facile à boire avec, comme on peut s'y attendre, des notes de noix, de chocolat, de caramel et de fruits secs.

The elevation really shows here—this cup is cleaner and more complex than most Brazilians I've tried, with a silky body that lingers nicely. Brewed it as a pour-over and it held up beautifully from hot to cool.
