Third year I've managed to get my hands on this and it never disappoints — the natural process gives it this wild, fruity depth that changes as it cools. Roberto Ullua clearly knows what he's doing with these small lots.

I’m honestly surprised how much complexity fits into such a small crop, the sweetness is deep and the finish lingers beautifully. Roberto’s consistency over the years really shows in this lot, worth grabbing before it’s gone again.

Third year I’ve managed to grab this one, and the roast still nails that sweet, berry-forward cup that makes it worth refreshing the page for. The beans arrived in great shape, barely any chaff, and it brewed clean with a honey-like finish I didn’t get from last year’s lot. If you blink on this lot
